Behind the Music

I had more fun on this song… we pulled out all the stops and let her rip. We hired some of the BEST horn players in America. Made a couple phone calls to an ol’ friend in New York City (Bill Warfield) and the Hell's Kitchen Horn section pulled out all the stops for us! Fun track, fun premise, fun funky horns and chinking guitar… I love singing to this stuff! It made me jump up on the furniture and start shaking a tail feather... I think I might change my style in the 2020s and go 100% funk… I need some big ass glasses and tall hats... what do you think? … let me know if I'm crazy…

Behind the Video

This video surprised me. Bob Cusick edited all his ideas together and surprised me with it. It is colorful and moves nicely with the song. My favorite part is the elevators going up and down like trumpet valves in the horn break. Fun.
