More Than Amazing

How do you tell people how great and amazing our Lord is. It’s difficult with all the wonderful songs that have already been sung about Him. The best I could do was say “You’re More than Amazing”. Nothing is ever adequate enough but we keep trying to praise Him more and more.

Behind the Music

I ended up writing this music in a unique time signature of 7|8 but it flows smoothly like it was written in typical a 4|4 structure. So much so, that I didn’t realize I was writing in 7|8 until later. I think that helps provide some uniqueness and feel to the track that came out beautifully. Then add the gorgeous delayed guitar played by Bob Huff which offers a new dimension to the overall sound. I always love to see what Huff will bring to the game… I think he really nailed this one. I also enjoy the layers of BG vocals which add a rich dimension.
