This song is the opener from the new Rock Opera titled "An Ordinary Day". In this first song, Apostle John sings from the beach on Patmos Greece, and has just seen the vision of the Revelation of Christ. It begins the prophecy that is to come in the book of Revelation. Behind the Music

A friend and collaborator of mine, John Tatum, and his wife Rebecca, had the original vision for the Revelation Rock Opera. It was in the works for over 20 years when I took over producing the project, from John. He was suffering from Alzheimer's disease and was on his death bed. I had originally just planned to produce this song, since John and I had written it a few years before and it had never been recorded. I wanted John to be able to hear this beautiful piece of music before he passed. He did and loved it. Soon afterwards, I woke up in the middle of the night and was driven to read Revelation in my Bible. At that time the vision took a hold of me and I began writing and collaborating to finish the project over the next year until it was recently released.

Behind the Video

I edited the music together for the video trailer and Bob Cusick put together the storyline on video. I like the creative cartoon effect he applied in parts.
