Product Policy
All music and video sales are final unless there is a physical defect in the product. Songtracker.com warrants all of its products against any manufacturing defects. If you have difficulty playing one of our products in your player please contact us right away at (805) 527-5841 and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent. In such cases, please return any defective copy and we will replace it for you at no additional cost.

Retail Purchase Terms
We accept checks and credit cards for purchases of our products.

Wholesale Terms for Stores
Credit is not normally granted until a store has a proven track record with Songtracker.com
Wholesale pricing. Those ordering 12 or more of the same product may request wholesale pricing. This allows non-stores to use our products as a fundraiser for their local group or community events.
